We would like your enjoy our product, and if for any reasons that are unhappy your purchase, we will be happy to give a full refund. Please return all items in its original packaging with your proof of purchase within 28 days to your local retailer.
For online purchases, please return all items in its original packaging to the following the address below. Please include your name, contact telephone number email address, address and reason of return (optional). We will confirm receipt of return products via e-mail and will notify you again when your cheque is sent out to you. We do not refund postage costs. If your reason of return is product malfunction, then please contact our customer service for help at info@ecisdirect.com – it may be as simple as product misuse.
